Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Engineer to join our team in Charlotte. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients. You will also be involved in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
- Proven track record of successful placements
