Job Description:
As an Engineering Analyst II, you will be responsible for analyzing complex engineering data, developing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. You will work closely with engineering teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to support engineering projects
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Develop tools and dashboards to streamline data analysis processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in engineering analytics
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or engineering analytics
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R or Python
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
