Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with our products, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
