Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project- and corporate-level financial models to support M&A, corporate development, financing, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and other marketing materials for financing and transaction processes.
  • Support the structuring and execution of project-level debt and tax equity financings for utility-scale renewable energy assets.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts across internal teams and external advisors throughout transaction processes.
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and maintaining company-wide financial projections.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments, communicating key insights and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate and screen potential acquisition and merger opportunities, including valuation analysis and financial diligence.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, corporate development, M&A, project finance, or investment banking, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; experience with tax equity modeling is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work cross-functionally.
