Site Manager (M&E)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (M&E) to lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical installation activities across complex construction, industrial, or energy projects. Reporting to the Installation Manager, you will be responsible for managing site teams, ensuring safe working practices, and delivering projects to agreed standards of quality, time, and cost.
The successful candidate will have previous supervisory or site management experience within construction, utilities, power generation, oil & gas, or related sectors, along with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A solid understanding of health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements is essential.
Key responsibilities include coordinating site operations, managing resources and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards, and leading teams to achieve project objectives safely and efficiently.
Essential qualifications include SMSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, CCNSG Safety Passport (or equivalent), and relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications. Experience in mechanical and electrical installation projects is highly desirable.
