Job Description:
The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. This role will also involve managing a team of finance professionals and working closely with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall goals of the organization
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of financial management and analysis
- Experience in managing a team
