Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Advisor to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Provide training and support to employees on HSE issues
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience working as an HSE Advisor in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant HSE qualifications and certifications
