Roster: 2:1 FIFO

Duration: Initial 3-month contract (potential to extend)

Hours: 10-hour days

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Site HSE Administrator to support the project HSE team on a large greenfield wind farm construction project near Rockhampton.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in HSE administration, project administration or compliance who enjoys being organised, working with people and keeping project documentation up to date.

Working alongside the HSE Advisors and Project Management team, you'll play an important role in ensuring site compliance, maintaining project records and supporting day-to-day HSE activities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate site inductions and onboarding documentation.

Maintain training, competency and licence registers.

Manage HSE documentation and document control.

Update action registers and corrective action trackers.

Assist with incident reporting and investigation documentation.

Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports.

Support internal audits and inspections.

Maintain SWMS, permits and project compliance records.

Assist the HSE team with general administration and reporting requirements.

Liaise with supervisors, subcontractors and project personnel to ensure documentation remains current.

About You

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in HSE Administration, HSEQ Coordination or Project Administration.

Exposure to construction, renewables, mining, civil or infrastructure projects.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.

Confidence managing documentation and compliance records.

Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with project teams.

Desirable

Cert IV in Work Health & Safety.

Experience supporting site-based HSE teams.

Exposure to contractor management systems.

Experience working on renewable energy or major construction projects.
