Job Description:
As a HSE - Kansas City - Lead, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental practices within the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing best practices to create a safe and sustainable work environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the HSE field
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and audits
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in HSE management or related field is preferred
