Pay Rate: $70/hour

Job Description:

As a HSE - Omaha - Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives within the Omaha office. You will work closely with management to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
  • Provide training to staff on HSE best practices
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
  • Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders on HSE matters

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar HSE role
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) preferred
