Job Description:
The Industrial / Waste Water Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of industrial and waste water treatment systems in Driftwood, United States. This role requires a strong background in water treatment processes and regulations, as well as experience managing a team of operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of industrial and waste water treatment systems
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for equipment and infrastructure
- Train and supervise a team of operators
- Monitor and analyze water quality data
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to optimize system performance
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or waste water treatment
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and regulations
- Experience managing a team of operators
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
