Pay rate: RM 72,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to join our team in Malaysia. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the engineering team, designing and implementing new systems, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure project deadlines are met
- Design and develop new systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Identify and implement process improvements
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering roles
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Strong technical skills in engineering design and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
