Job Description:
As a Lead Planner based in Bari, Italy, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the planning process for a variety of projects. You will work closely with project teams to develop comprehensive plans that meet project objectives and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning process for multiple projects simultaneously
- Develop project schedules and timelines
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a planner or project manager
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Italian
