Job Description:
As a Managing Director - Retainer, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition and retention.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
