Job Description:
As a Mechanical Estimator based in Atlanta, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs for mechanical construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide detailed cost estimates and proposals. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring the success of each project.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical estimating
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam or Accubid
