O&M Technical Project Manager – Offshore Wind

We are currently looking for an experienced O&M Technical Project Manager to support the successful preparation and implementation of the Operations & Maintenance package for a major offshore wind project.




This is a key role within the O&M organisation, working across WTG, BOP, Electrical and FOU technical areas and supporting the project through the construction phase up to Commercial Operation Date (COD).




Key Responsibilities


Project manage technical tasks and assignments across the O&M function.


Support the Technical Lead with the implementation of key technical responsibilities.


Participate in technical interface meetings and provide O&M input.


Coordinate with Construction and BOP O&M Contractors on technical activities, quality witness points and documentation.


Support contractor readiness across spare parts, processes, training, reporting and technical requirements.


Act as a point of contact for delegated technical O&M matters.


Ensure contractor and stakeholder activities remain aligned with the technical requirements of the O&M contracts.


Review and integrate punch lists, as-built documentation and O&M manuals into the O&M organisation.


Provide technical support during construction and participate in selected quality witness points.


Ensure the technical aspects of the O&M setup comply with applicable laws and regulations.


Support the alignment of technical scopes between BOP contracts and BOP O&M agreements.




Key Requirements


Bachelor's, Master's degree or other relevant technical qualification.


5+ years' experience within technical areas of the offshore wind industry.


Strong project management experience across technical workstreams.


Experience working with O&M contractors and construction stakeholders.


Offshore O&M experience is highly desirable.


Strong understanding of technical documentation, contractor interfaces and project delivery.


Fluent English.


Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
