We are seeking an experienced Offshore Lead Cable Installation Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of submarine power cables in offshore environments. This role requires a strong understanding of cable installation processes, project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of technicians to ensure successful project completion.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in offshore cable installation
- Demonstrated expertise in managing cable installation projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a team of technicians
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in offshore environments
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with subsea equipment and tools
- Relevant certifications in cable installation or project management
