Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Painting / Insulation Supervisor to join our team in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing painting and insulation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and managing a team of painters and insulation installers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise painting and insulation projects from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage a team of painters and insulation installers
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and budget
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in painting and insulation
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of painting and insulation techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
