Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner to join our team in Garner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive plans to meet organizational goals and objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in strategic planning and project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a planning role
