Job Description:

As a Planner II based in Cincinnati, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment process for various positions within the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with hiring managers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
