Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager 1 (PM1) to join our team in Charlotte, United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate project activities and ensure all team members are on track to meet project milestones
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and any potential risks
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure project success

Required Skills and Experience:

3+ years of experience in project management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with project management tools and software
