Job Description:
The Precon Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preconstruction phase of various projects, ensuring that all aspects are thoroughly planned and executed to meet project goals and client expectations. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive preconstruction plans and budgets.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in preconstruction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
