Pay rate: $117,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, as well as overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects. You will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and implement engineering plans, strategies, and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Monitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as necessary
- Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery
- Prepare and present reports to senior management
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams
- Strong technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience working in a multinational company is a plus
