Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to join our team in Parma, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project controls, including cost management, scheduling, risk analysis, and reporting. This role will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures
• Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project schedules
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Provide guidance and support to project team members

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls or related role
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
