Salary: £170,000 to £200,000 plus benefits and bonus

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to join our client's team in London. As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Data Centre project delivery, from inception to completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans
  • Manage project budgets and resources
  • Lead and motivate project teams
  • Monitor project progress and performance
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Report on project status to senior management

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Director or similar role within a fast paced environment for projects above £100m
  • Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven delivery  leading on the highest standards of health, safety, environmental, controls and quality
  • Experience in managing large-scale (£100m +) projects
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Relevant qualifications like MCIOB and a related Construction Degree
