Job Description:

The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of software development projects. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
  • Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
  • Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
