Job Description:

As a Project Manager 1, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the organization. You will work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project plans and timelines
Coordinate project activities and resources
Monitor project progress and report on status
Identify and mitigate project risks
Communicate with stakeholders and team members
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in project management or related field
3+ years of experience in project management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in project management software
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
