Job Description:
As a Project Manager - Civils (Data Centre), you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of civil infrastructure for data centre projects in London. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of civil infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in civil engineering
- Experience working on data centre projects is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction regulations and best practices
