Job Description:
As a Project Manager I based in Greenville, United States, you will act as a senior recruitment consultant, overseeing and managing various projects within the organization. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a project manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- PMP certification is a plus
