Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Protection and Control Engineer to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and commissioning protection and control systems for electrical power systems. This role will involve working closely with other engineers and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing protection and control systems for electrical power systems
- Testing and commissioning protection and control systems
- Working closely with other engineers and project managers to ensure project success
- Providing technical support to project teams
- Participating in project meetings and reviews
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in protection and control engineering
- Strong knowledge of protection and control systems for electrical power systems
- Experience with testing and commissioning of protection and control systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and programs
