QA Manager – Data Centre Interior Fit-Out

 Frankfurt, Germany | 4–5 Days per Week On-Site

Raise the Quality Standard on Europe's Most Advanced Data Centre Projects

An established specialist contractor delivering high-performance interior fit-out solutions within mission-critical data centre environments is seeking an experienced QA Manager to join its growing Frankfurt-based team.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in some of the most technically demanding projects in Europe, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the construction process from day one.


The Role

As QA Manager, you will take ownership of all quality assurance and quality control activities across major data centre fit-out projects. You will implement robust inspection and test plans, manage quality documentation, and drive compliance across site operations.

Working extensively with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar digital platforms, you will maintain accurate, auditable quality records, track non-conformances, manage punch lists, and provide clear reporting to project stakeholders.

Your ability to turn site observations into actionable insights will be critical in maintaining the highest standards of delivery.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across data centre interior fit-out projects

• Develop and implement inspection and test plans (ITPs)

• Manage NCRs, punch lists, inspections, and quality documentation

• Utilise Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or equivalent platforms to maintain project quality records

• Produce detailed reports supported by photographs, videos, and inspection data

• Monitor compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards

• Work closely with Project Managers, Site Management, EHS, Logistics, BIM, Engineering, and Commercial teams

• Build strong working relationships with clients, General Contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Deliver toolbox talks and quality briefings to site teams

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and proactive quality management


What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in QA/QC management within construction, fit-out, or mission-critical environments

• Data centre experience is highly desirable

• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, inspections, and compliance requirements

• Experience using ACC or similar construction management platforms

• Excellent reporting and documentation skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Confidence to challenge standards and drive corrective actions when required

• Fluent English essential

• German language skills highly advantageous

• Polish language skills beneficial

• Willingness to spend significant time on-site in the Frankfurt region

• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in fast-paced project environments
