Job Description:
As a Quality Lead- Civil Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of civil engineering projects in Boden, Sweden. You will act as a senior recruitment consultant, overseeing the recruitment and training of quality assurance personnel. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and audits, and providing guidance on quality standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering
- Proven track record in quality assurance and control
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in recruitment and training of quality assurance personnel
- Proficiency in project management software
- Fluency in English
