Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost and financial management for construction projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
