Location: Zaragoza, Spain
Start Date: 15 July 2026
Pay Rate: €60,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Zaragoza, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs
- Assessing and evaluating cost effectiveness of products, projects, or services
- Advising on procurement strategy
- Valuing completed work and arranging payments
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools
