Senior BIM Designer - MEP Building Services
Location: Cardiff, United Kingdom (Hybrid working)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Senior BIM Designer to join our team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP building services and be proficient in BIM software. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading projects, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of BIM models for building services projects.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM design for MEP building services
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of building services systems and MEP coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in project management and client coordination
