Pay Rate: £160,000 per annum

Job Description:

As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial activities within this large multi-disciplined Property and Construction Consultancy. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and profitability strategic planning and execution. Your main focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, negotiating contracts, and identifying business opportunities with existing corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business goals
  • Manage and lead a team of commercial professionals
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and suppliers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial management role
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • This role has a great emphasis on the people skills and ensuring the right opportunities are delegated to the right internal contacts
