Job Description:
As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cost management for Data Centre construction projects in London. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that budgets are adhered to and costs are controlled effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project budgets
- Monitor and report on project costs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Provide cost advice to project teams
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in cost management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations
- Proficient in cost management software
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
