Senior Design Manager - Data Centres
Location: London, United Kingdom
Pay Rate: £115,000 per annum + 15% bonus
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of data centres, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design process from concept through to completion
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on design and construction issues
- Oversee the work of junior design staff and external consultants
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in design management, specifically within the data centre sector
- Strong knowledge of data centre design principles and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
