Job Description:
Our client, a leading engineering firm in Bristol, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with experience in Data Centres to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems for data centre projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing electrical systems for data centre projects
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing electrical systems for data centres
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
