Job Description:
The Senior Manager Environmental Affairs will be responsible for overseeing all environmental initiatives and compliance within the organization. They will develop and implement strategies to minimize the environmental impact of the company's operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on environmental performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations
- Manage environmental audits and inspections
- Provide training and guidance to staff on environmental issues
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on environmental initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in environmental management
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
