Job Description:
As a Senior Marine Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all marine operations and logistics for our company in Warsaw, Poland. You will work closely with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods via marine vessels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage marine transportation activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and shipping companies
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
- Prepare reports and documentation related to marine operations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine logistics or operations
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
- Fluency in English and Polish
