Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join our team in Bristol. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical design and delivery of building services projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, and other engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mechanical design of building services projects
- Manage project delivery, including budgeting and scheduling
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical building services engineering
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building regulations
- Experience leading design teams on large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
