Your role:

• You’ll take ownership of MEP cost management across major data centre builds—handling everything from early-stage cost planning through to procurement, contract administration, and final account.
• You’ll work alongside some of the industry’s sharpest minds, gaining deep expertise in mission-critical environments where MEP packages are at the heart of project success.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or main contractor
• Strong exposure to MEP packages (essential)
• A proactive mindset with the ambition to step into senior leadership
• Experience on large-scale or complex projects (data centres ideal, but not essential)
