Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our clients Construction team in London on a Hyperscale Data Centre Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of complex projects from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, designers, planners, quantity surveyors and sub contractors
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Communicate with stakeholders and senior management on project status and issues
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred
- Experience managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
