Senior Project Manager (Electrical) - Data Centres
Location: Bristol, United Kingdom
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with a background in Electrical Engineering to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale data centre projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers and engineers to deliver projects successfully
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the data centre industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus
