Pay Rate: 140,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying for various construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
- Manage and track project costs
- Review and negotiate contracts
- Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
