Site EHS Advisor

Role - Site EHS Advisor 


Starting ASAP.

The role will initially be for 6 months with 6 months extensions expected.

£500/day rate - Outside of IR35.

Based on site full-time 

10/11 days on / 3/4 days off, 7am-5pm, 10 hrs on site 


What is the project:

• This Substation Project comprises the construction of a new 275kV substation

and overhead line, which will connect into a recently completed 275kV overhead line. Associated access, drainage, fencing and landscaping are included in the project plans.

• The new substation will provide an upgrade to the existing 132kV Substation and will support the export of renewable energy from the Argyll area.

H&S Advisor Requirements

What is required:

• An experience H&S professional working in a high risk environment (essential)

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate, Diploma, Degree or equivalent in H&S management (essential)

• CSCS or similar (essential)

• CDM Experience (essential)

• Local travel within 4/5 hours maximum from site (essential)

• Experience with client management (essential)

• Substation experience (preferred)

• IOSH membership (preferred)

• Accident investigation (preferred)

• SSEN authorisations (bonus)
