Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Site Manager will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project delivery
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor and report on project progress
Resolve any issues that may arise during construction

Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience in construction management
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
