Job Description:
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction site, including managing personnel, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and meeting project deadlines. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines
