Job Description:
As a Site Manager (M&E) based in Orkney, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve managing site operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the mechanical and electrical sector
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering
